Terms and Conditions

Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Muslims Day only, and not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple") or Google, LLC ("Google"). Muslims Day, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the Application and its content. This EULA does not provide for usage rules for the Application that are in conflict with the terms and conditions of either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Scope of License

The license granted to you for the Application is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Application on any mobile devices that you own or control.

• This license does not allow you to use the Application on any device that you do not own or control
• You may not distribute or make the Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
• You may not transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the Application
• You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Application, any updates, or any part thereof

Maintenance and Support

You acknowledge that Muslims Day is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application. You and Muslims Day acknowledge that Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application. Warranty

Muslims Day is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the relevant platform (Apple or Google), and they will refund the purchase price for the Application to you if their policies allow. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Apple nor Google will have any other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application.

Product Claims

You and Muslims Day acknowledge that Muslims Day, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims of you or any third party relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of the Application, including:

• Product liability claims
• Any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
• Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation

Intellectual Property Rights

You and Muslims Day acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Application or your possession and use of the Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Muslims Day, not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country
• You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

Developer Information

Third-Party Terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Application. This includes, but is not limited to, the terms of service of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

User Data and Privacy

The Application is designed to not collect or store any personal user data. All data related to your preferences, settings, and usage is stored locally on your device. For more details on our privacy practices, please review our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and Refunds

The Application may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

All paid subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your purchase details.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MUSLIMS DAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF MUSLIMS DAY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Muslims Day. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Muslims Day if you fail to comply with any of its term(s). Upon termination of the EULA, you shall cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Application.

Governing Law

This EULA and your use of the Application are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, excluding its conflicts of law principles.
